1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. All returns must be approved by us before the item is sent back.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, not installed, and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging and complete with all included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) is required. Batteries that have been installed or used are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. How to Start a Return
Email us at order@storeshoppe.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will reply within 24 hours. If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover them. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the error was ours. If your order qualified for free shipping and you return it for a refund, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments and do not refund extra costs for express delivery.

Batteries are dangerous goods and must be packed and shipped in accordance with applicable lithium battery transport regulations. Please contact us before shipping so we can advise on packaging and carrier options. We strongly recommend using a tracked, fully insured service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at order@storeshoppe.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos or videos of the item, its label, and the packaging. Please keep the original packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund, so we can make it right.

6. Warranty
Every battery comes with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. If you have a problem during this period, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical impact, liquid exposure, or use in an incompatible device.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: batteries that have been installed or used (unless defective), items damaged through misuse, custom or special-order items, and items clearly marked "final sale" or "clearance" at the time of purchase. If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us before ordering.

8. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new one.

9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at order@storeshoppe.com.

Returned items must be complete, with all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. If anything is missing, a repackaging fee may apply, determined case by case. Non-defective returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

10. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the condition requirements in Section 2.
